Springfield Armory just announced the Hellcat Pro, an upgraded Hellcat variant with a slide that is optics-ready and has a greater capacity.
Since its introduction, the Springfield Hellcat Pro has been a popular concealed carry pistol. Springfield just announced a new model to the family. The new Springfield Hellcat Pro will have an optics-ready slide and a longer barrel. It also has a larger magazine capacity than the standard Hellcat models. Springfield claims that this gun’s greatest advantage is its large magazine capacity, despite being small. The pistol’s slim, concealable 1-inch width is retained. However, it now features a larger grip which is easier to hold and allows for the use of new 15-round flush fit magazines. It also has a longer barrel with a proportionally longer slide. This allows for more velocity and a wider sight radius. The Hellcat Pro includes a cowitness U-Dot Tactical Rack rear view, tritium front sights, and an optics-ready slide that can accept RMSc-pattern Red dots. The accessory rail on the Hellcat Pro has also been extended. Springfield Armory Vice President of Marketing Steve Kramer said that the Hellcat Pro includes a co-witness U-Dot Tactical Rack rear sight, tritium front sight, and an optics-ready slide ready to accept RMSc-pattern red dots. All other features on the Pro model are comparable to those of existing Hellcats. For more information, please visit springfield-armory.com.More From Springfield Armory:NEXT STEP: Download Your Free Storm Tactical Printable Target Pack62 Printable MOA Targets with DOT Drills – Rifle Range in YARDSThis impressive target pack from our friends at Storm Tactical contains62 printable targetsfor rifle and handgun range use.
