Primary Arms has expanded its GLx line by adding a new reticle option to the popular GLx4-16x50mm riflescope, and a new LPVO scope that offers two reticle options. Primary Arms describes the GLx series of optics as their “mid-tier” line of optics. It aims to offer shooters high quality rifle scopes at a more affordable price. These scopes are popular for everything, from hunting to plinking, long-range shooting competitions, and even hunting.
The Primary Arms’ most loved riflescope in its class, the GLx4-16x50mm FFP was released in 2020. The GLx 4-16x50mm FFP is lightweight and precise. Users also love its durability and glass quality. Primary Arms decided to add a new reticle option to enhance the scope’s long-range capabilities. This is due to the scope’s popular design. The new scope combines the best features of both an ACSS reticles and a MIL Grid to allow shooters to achieve high precision with any caliber and barrel length. This new reticle combination would make a great match for any precision rifle. It has the same 4-16x magnification range as existing GLx 4-16x50mm FFP scopes and the same wide field of vision. MSRP $749.99. The Illuminated ACSS Athena MIL Reticle for GLx 4-16×50 FFP scopescope.GLx 1-6x24mm.
Primary Arms’ new scope design is now available. You can choose between two reticles. This new LPVO (Low Power Variable Optic), which features true 1X magnification at its low end, was designed for precision work at longer ranges and more rapid acquisition work closer in. The new scopes will include AutoLive technology and Primary Arms’ Daylight Brilliant illumination. The former allows the optic to perform closer to a true red spot when it is in 1X magnification mode and the latter allows it to auto-adjust its brightness according to the ambient lighting level and to conserve its battery when not being used. Each option has its advantages, depending on how you intend to use it. The Raptor reticle, which has a built-in ballistic drop compensater, is best if the scope is to mount on a firearm that is chambered for a common caliber like.308 or 5.56. The versatility of the MIL Grid system makes the Griffin the best choice if the scope is to mount on multiple guns or one that is chambered for a round of very different ballistics. No matter what reticle you choose, both new GLx1-6x24mm FFP scopes have an MSRP price of $699.99. Target grids and bullseye sizes can be downloaded in MOA. Get Free Targets
