Hawke Optics’ Wide View Reflex Sight was available with a standard red dots reticle for some time, but the company just announced a new model specifically designed for turkey hunters. Hawke Optics’ new Wide View Reflex Sight will have a circular dot reticle. This small change will make a huge difference in bagging birds. The aluminum frame is lightweight and durable, weighing only 3-ounces and remaining shock and waterproof. It also comes with a Weaver rail mounting for attaching to any compatible firearm. The 25-layer lens features a fixed focus at 10 meters and a red, 2MOA circle dot reticle that has eight brightness settings. Hawke Optics recommends that you pattern your shotgun with the dot on the target’s centre mass to get the best results when turkey hunting. This will allow you to make more consistent hits with turkey hunting than a shotgun with only iron sights. The Wide View Reflex Sight with Circle Dot Reticle MSRP is $189. It will be available soon.
