Close [embedded material] The ability to add a stabilizing Stock to a pistol gives you an extra level of control. The ability to convert your pistol completely is a game-changer. The CAA Gen 3 Micro Conversion Kit, (MCK), will revolutionize the way you shoot your Glock. This will not only change your range day, but also your home defense. RELATED STORY CAA Gen 3 MCK For Glock: CAA responds to user concerns following the success of its previous Micro Conversion Kits. Although they might not have been accurate, they were more “wish-list” items than actual concerns, but they made the MCK better. The most important change is the ability for you to insert your RMR optic into your pistol. Users can use the optic platform they’re used to without having to re-zero. If you don’t have an optic installed, Gen 3 offers 2 removable Picatinny Rails that can be used to add an optic. The “Car Wash System” is a practical addition that will keep your pistol slide clean. The conversion kit used to require regular cleaning because of carbon buildup. The new internal system has a brush/bristle design that removes carbon buildup and keeps the slide clean while it cycles. The system doesn’t damage the slide’s finish. A rear Glock backplate adaptor is available that allows for the addition an external charging handle. Users will no longer have to rely on slide serrations. You can place the handle on either your right or left side for true ambidextrous functionality. The folding stock can also be folded to the right or left side of your pistol. The pistol can fire even if the stock is folded. The stock can also be raised or lowered to fit rail-mounted optics. The Gen 3 is compatible with the Glock 17/19/19x/20/21/22/23/25/31/32/45. It is not compatible with Gen 1 and 2 Glock models because it lacks a forward Glock universal accessory bar. Availability The CAA Gen 3MCK for Glock will soon be available with an MSRP of $349.00 to $539.00 depending on the options. CAAGearUp.com has more information. CAA Gen 3 MCK with Glock Features. Carbon buildup is no longer an issue. All this while not affecting slide finish. A new front adaptor protects the MCK’s interior from carbon buildup. It is easy to remove and wash.
