The FB Radom VIS-100M1 Polish optics-ready pistol is now being imported. It will be available in the latter part of the month. This pistol was developed as the next service pistol for Polish military and was sold to the Polish government over several years. Originally known as the PR-15 Ragun it is a 9mm double-stack hammer-fired, service pistol with an aluminum alloy frame and a DA/SA trigger. Now that Poland appears to have ordered enough of these, FB Radom can now focus on the export market. The U.S. will soon have a civilian version of the VIS-100 M1 available, according to Arms Of America. They promise to make them available later in July 2022. Although it is a new design, the overall profile of the VIS-100 M1 is very similar to a SIG P226. The standard 15-round magazine capacity of the VIS-100 M1 is 9mm. This suggests that there has been some influence. The VIS-100 M1 also features a 4.3-inch barrel, fiber-optic iron sights, and a standard Picatinny rail section beneath the dust cover. The pistol is fully ambidextrous due to the inclusion of a mag, thumb safety, slide release and slide release on each end. The footprint pattern for the slide is not yet known. Spare magazines will be available in standard 15-round, compliant 10 round and extended 17-round capacities. The MSRP of the pistol can vary depending on the options. It will cost between $939 and $1,149. This is the least exciting part about the announcement, as when the VIS-100 M1 was originally teased it was advertised as having a significantly lower price of $739.For more information, please visit the importer’s website at armsofamerica.com.More Polish GunsNEXT STEP: Download Your Free Storm Tactical Printable Target Pack62 Printable MOA Targets with DOT Drills – Rifle Range in YARDSThis impressive target pack from our friends at Storm Tactical contains62 printable targetsfor rifle and handgun range use.
