Mossberg just added two new Patriot Predator rifles to its bolt-action rifle line. Both are chambered to shoot Hornady’s 7mm PRC cartridge. The rifles are identical in terms of their stock, finishes, and prices. The 7mm PRC Patriot Predator has a fluted, free-floated carbon steel barrel that measures 24 inches, has an 11-degree match crown, and has a 1/8 twist. The barrels can be suppressor-ready with 5/8×24 threaded mummies and protective caps. Other features include the standard receiver mounted Picatinny rail to optics, the oversized bolt handle/spiralfluted bolt, and Mossberg’s adjustable Lightning Bolt Action trigger. The new 7mm PRC models use Mossberg’s reliable twin-lug push feed action and are fed from flush fitting polymer magazines. The 7mm PRC models can hold 3 rounds. The two new models, which weigh in at 6.5 pounds each, are identical save for the stock patterns and the metal finish. The standard 7mm PRC Patriot Predator model has an FDE synthetic metal stock and a matte-blue metal finish. The fancier model has a TrueTimber Strata camouflage camouflage synthetic steel stock and a Patriot Brown Cerakotejob. The 7mm PRC Patriot Predator rifles can be downloaded now. Target grids and bullseye sizes can be downloaded in MOA. This is a great option for long-range shooting. Enter your email address below.
