Holosun just released a new version of its SCS red dot scope that is compatible with Smith & Wesson M&P2.0 handguns. No adaptor plate is required. Holosun has released the SCS-MP2 for Smith & Wesson M&P2.0 handguns. The SCS-MP2 is almost identical to the original sight, except for its mounting footprint and aesthetics. It is compatible with Smith & Wesson M&P2.0 full-size and compact models in either 9mm and.40 S&W. It cannot mount to an M&P 2.0 or Shield. The SCS-MP2’s exterior appearance has been modified from the MOS version. It is now designed to blend in with the lines and proportions of an M&P 2.0, rather than a Glock. The SCS stands for Solar Charging Sight and still boasts a solar-rechargeable battery life of 20,000 hours. The reticle’s color is green and can be adjusted to ambient brightness. It can also be used as a 2-MOA dot or 32-MOA circle, or a combination of both. The SCS–MP2 and SCS–MOS are identical in weight, size, and durability.
