Ballistic-X Apple (iOS) version shown. A Ballistic-X Android app is also available. The Ballistic-X App can be used in a simple way. The app is easy to use. Take a picture of your target and set some values (such a bullet diameter or distance to target), then use touchscreen to place circles around each hole. The app will calculate the group size in MOA or Mils, distance to point-of-aim, and provide all information in an overlay. Click “save” and your group will be saved for posterity. It is compatible with both Android and iOS (Apple). There are other methods to calculate group sizes using target images. We have used the excellent On-Target program for years. On-Target must be installed on a Windows platform laptop or desktop. Ballistic-X is an easy-to-install app with versions for both Android (Apple) and iOS (Apple).
