First Look: Springfield Armory SAINT Victor 9mm Carbine

Springfield Armory recently added the SAINT Victor 9mm Carbine to its AR line-up. The SAINT Victor series of ARs from Springfield Armory have proven so popular that the company has expanded the range to include other form factors and calibers. This has included scaled up models like.308 rifles and.308 pistols, as well as the precision-oriented SAINT Edge ATC. The newest firearm in the family was however reduced to a PCC. It is called the SAINT Victor 9mm Carbine. Both the upper and lower receivers are made of forged 7075T6 aluminum. It uses a direct blowback system to ensure simplicity and reliability. The system feeds from 32-round Colt-pattern stick magazines. The barrel measures 16 inches and is Melonite coated. It also features a Springfield Armory Forward Blast Diverter and a full-length MLK handguard that is free-floated.
