The materials are of high quality but the price is very affordable. The A.G. Russell Power Ball C2 Designed for EDC, the Power Ball C2 is slim and compact, allowing it to fit easily into a pocket. The knife’s 3.375-inch stonewashed edge means it can handle any task. The D2 tool steel, which has a 59-61 Rockwell hardness, offers excellent wear resistance and high hardness and toughness. It is able to hold an edge well and is easy to sharpen. Drop point blades are A.G.’s favorite profile. They feature a flat grind on the primary bevel. This allows for a sharp-edge bevel which makes it a great slicer. The blade is presented via a flipper and rides on a precision-tuned ball-bearing pivot for quick actuation. It is locked in place once it is opened by a stainless steel liner lock. The Power Ball comes with either a black or green G-10 handle-scale. The black scales come with a blue accent band around the pivot. The green scales have an orange accent ring. The Power Ball’s durability is further enhanced by the stainless steel liners that sit beneath the scales. The liners are skeletonized to decrease weight to a light 3.7 ounces. The Power Ball has a deep carry clip that conceals the knife in the pocket, while still being easily accessible. It comes with the clip for right-hand tip up carry.
