Springfield Armory Releases the 9mm Operator 1911 Pistol

Springfield Armory’s Operator 1911 pistol is now available in 9mm. Originally announced in 2021, it was only available as a.45 ACP version. However, the company just added the 9mm Operator to its catalog. The Operator pistol is a classic 1911 with some small upgrades and modernizations. Some people prefer to keep the original chambering while others think that 9mm is the better choice, especially since this handgun has already been modernized. It still comes with two magazines. The pistol’s 5-inch match-grade barrel, which is fully supported and ramped, is still made from forged stainless steel. The rest of the pistol has a black Cerakote coating. The Springfield Armory 9mm Operator 1911 is available now. It comes with two magazines, a soft case, and an accessory rail.
