Fulton Armory Announces the M14 Black Hawk DMR

Fulton Armory, known for its match grade builds of American service weapons, has just announced the Black Hawk DMR. This custom M14 is inspired by the weapon used in Mogadishu by Randy Shughart. Fulton Armory already sold a wide range of M14 and M1A models, but the M14 Black Hawk DMR has now been added to the mix. The rifle was inspired by the weapon used by U.S. Army Delta Force Soldier Randy Shughart, of Black Hawk Down fame. Shughart died fighting in Mogadishu, 1993. Fulton Armory claims that the rifle is “a tribute to a national hero, combining cutting-edge technology with unmatched accuracy.” The Black Hawk DMR uses a Fulton Armory receiver marked M14 that meets USGI heat treatment and material specifications. The receiver is also equipped with a Fulton Armory DMR Picatinny mount that has been professionally fitted and mounted. The rifle comes with a 22-inch National Match Quality chrome-lined barrel with a GI contour, a 1:10 twist and a GI contour. Four other barrel options can be ordered. Some of these parts are National Match upgrades, including the polished gas piston, modified trigger and black fiberglass stock/handguard. The rifle comes with a National Match flash-suppressor (with a Bayonet lug), black fiberglass stock/handguard, and a Kydex adjustable cheek piece. It also includes a 10-round magazine, a sling and an owner’s guide. It has an accuracy guarantee of at least 1.5 MOA when using Federal Gold Match ammunition.
