Taurus has issued a safety warning regarding certain GX4 guns. Taurus has just issued a safety notice regarding its GX4 pistols. In the notice, they say that certain GX4s sold and assembled in the United States could not be drop-safe when used under certain conditions. Taurus has launched a website that allows users to enter a GX4 serial number to determine if the pistol is affected. Taurus asks that you stop using your GX4 pistol until you can determine if it is safe.
