The Rimfire challenge Shooting Association (RCSA), a mentorship program run by the National Shooting Sports Foundation, is now an official member of the +ONE Movement. Peter Swenson, RCSA Board President, said that the RCSA was looking forward to a lasting relationship with NSSF. NSSF +ONE encourages mentorship in firearm safety, firearm fundamentals, shooting sports and hunting. The +ONE program is a peer-to-peer mentoring program that focuses on shooting sports and hunting. They focus on competitions using.22 LR pistols and rifles. The matches are open to all shooters, regardless of their experience level. They are held at ranges across the country.
