The AA19 was developed from the Glock platform, which Adams Arms is familiar with and how it can be improved upon. Although the result is not revolutionary for 2021 it does show that attention to detail and high quality manufacturing can make a difference in performance and reliability. The new AA19 features design elements that improve its ergonomics as well as performance. The new AA19 has upgrades that maximize its potential for EDC and competition. The AA19 allows a pistol to be tactically equipped to mount a red dotsight sight or suppressor straight out of the box. Mounting plates can be purchased for most optic footprints. The barrel is threaded 1/2×28 TPI. The frame features enhanced grip texturing that improves ergonomics. A Picatinny rail can be used to add a light or laser. The gun’s match-grade barrel, Vickers Tactical Carry Trigger and a Picatinny rail allow for greater mechanical and practical accuracy on the range.
