Recoil compensators are great for improving accuracy and time at the range, whether you shoot competitively, professionally, or just for fun. Although the original HIPERCOMP recoil compensaters from HIPERFIRE were popular, people wanted a cheaper option. They set about creating compensators that were both cheaper and more efficient than the original.

HIPERFIRE Recoil Compensators
HIPERFIRE used specialized software to reduce the cost of trial-and error. Fluent computational fluid dynamics software from ANSYS was used to dial in the design at lower development costs. The end user saw a significant drop in cost as a result.
They had to balance form and function in order to achieve their goal of designing a propellant gas-effect-maximizing design. The 9.mm and 5.56 comps required the same form factor that the MIL Birdcage flashhider. They also had to exceed recoil reductions of the best comps they could find. The specialized bores reduce the final size while increasing the gas propellant to decrease recoil.
The resulting products include the HIPERCOMP 556, Next Gen, 9mm Next Generation, 762 Next Gene, and 762 Next Generation AK. The 762 AK and 762 AK adds to the line. They operate on 7.62 NATO AR10, and Russian AK’s, respective.
