The Boker Plus Tenshifolder The Tenshi comes with two versions that are identical except for the handle scale material. You have the choice of flat-out or stylish function, and you can choose from either brown Micarta brass or brass. Both will perform equally well, but it is important to remember that both are equally effective. The brass will develop a nice patina over the years, which only adds to the classic approach. The Tenshi is a departure from the more traditional flow with a downward curvature. Instead of an upward sweep, it has a line that resembles a katana, or wakizashi. The incredibly thin,.07-inch stock and the upturned blade make this a great slicer. The reverse tanto profile adds aesthetics and provides a strong tip for penetration. The Tenshi is ideal for self-defense and utility tasks. The Tenshi’s 2.68-inch blade makes it legal in almost every jurisdiction, even those with the most strict knife laws. Before you carry any knife, be sure to check the laws in your region. The VG-10 stainless-steel blade material provides a razor-sharp edge and is cutlery grade rust/stain/corrosion resistant. It is a Japanese steel. The “G” denotes gold for its high–or golden–standard. A right-side thumb stud allows the Tenshi to reach its full 6.10-inch length. The blade is actuated by a ball bearing pivot and locked up via a liner lock. A deep carry pocket clip keeps the small folder hidden in the pocket. It is only designed for right-hand tip up carry and cannot be reversible.
