A rimfire cartridge means you don’t need to worry about handloading. A rimfire cartridge will last longer than a centerfire cartridge, which burns more powder. However, you need to shoot slowly and not over-heat your barrel. You won’t have any trouble finding primers. Unfortunately,.17 WSM ammunition is difficult to find at the moment, as we explain below.
