Finish Out of PRB 100 Yard Underground Range

Many people have asked for an update about my 100-yard range that I built recently. I wrote an article two years ago in which I shared my plans, what I had done so far and asked for feedback from my readers on how to complete it. I made a few changes based on the comments.
