Beretta has released the 92XI with performance enhancements such as an optic-ready sliding, flat-faced trigger, and frame mounted safety. The Beretta SAO 92XI carries forward the aluminum Vertex frame. It maintains the iconic Beretta look that shooters expect from the 92. The standard and Launch Editions are available with Cerakote finishes on the slide, while the Launch Edition has a Bruniton. Each pistol is durable and long-lasting under heavy use. The grip is ergonomically enhanced by the straight backstrap, while the front strap retains a slight curve. The familiar grip panels with a checkered frame and textured texture are still present on the front and rear straps. The 92XI is a great choice for those who want a secure grip when firing, wet or not. The long-awaited ambidextrous safety mounted on the frame is a notable improvement. A 3-slot Picatinny Rail is also included just forward of the trigger guard to mount lights, lasers or other accessories. The 92XI features a 6.1-inch sight circle and a fiber optic rear sight. It also has MRDS mounting capabilities for an optic. The 92XI is available in 9mm and comes with a choice of 18-round, 15-round, or 10-round magazines. The Xtreme S flat-faced 4.5-pound trigger is used to fire the rounds. The trigger components have been DLC-coated to ensure smooth action and long life. The 92XI comes in two colorways: the standard two-tone and Launch Edition with Hogue Walnut grip panels.
