Camdyn Powers wins ladies’ title at 2024 NRL22 championship

Camdyn Powers, a lady from Wisconsin, won the Ladies Division of the 2024 National Rimfire League Championships (NRL22), held in Frederic on June 21-23 2024. Camdyn also finished 7th overall, along with winning the Ladies Division Title. Camdyn described the match as tough: “This match tested my mental and physical abilities. But I managed to navigate the obstacles and make wind adjustment effectively on the clock.” It was my best performance in a two-day match, with a 95% success rate of the top shooter. She also noted that her Lapua ammo was reliable and accurate. Camdyn’s 2024 title confirms her position as the top female in NRL22 competition. In 2023, she was the NRL22 Ladies Division 2023 Season Champion as well as 2023 Ladies Match winner. Camdyn praised the Burris XTR Pro Competition Scope: “With my XTR Pro, I was able to see the target clearly as well as bullet trace for accurate adjustment that led to impacts.” Burris Optics’ Marketing Director Jordan Egli said: “We are incredibly happy for Camdyn and her outstanding success in the NRL22 Championship.” Her success is a testimony to her hardwork and determination[. The National Rifle League began by sponsoring centerfire tactical matches similar to PRS competitions. The NRL added a.22 LR rimfire series called NRL22. It is now the premier precision rimfire competition in the United States. NRL22 has been a great success because rimfire guns and ammo are very affordable. NRL22 has become the most popular type of NRL competition, with many matches being held across the country. NRL22 matches are popular and have attracted up to 170 rimfire shooters. Open, Base, Ladies Air Rifle and Old Guns are some of the divisions that may be offered. Visit NRL22.org for more information. NRL22 Tactical/Practical competition

NRL 22 aims to make Precision Rifle Competitions more accessible to all communities. There are not many ranges in American cities where you can shoot at 500 yards or beyond. Most Americans can still access 100-yard shooting ranges within a short drive, and the majority of shooters have a.22 LR. The NRL22 program was designed to allow any facility with a range of 100 yards to host matches. Participants from local NRL22 competitions can attend the National Championship. NRL22 began with four classes: Open, Base (ladies), Young Guns (8-18 years old) and Ladies. Air Rifle is now the fifth class.
