CMP New England Games, Vermont September 19-26 2021

The CMP 2021 New England Games, which will be held in Jericho, Vermont, from September 19-26. The New England Games are being hosted by the Vermont State Rifle and Pistol Association and Burlington Rifle and Pistol Club. They will be held at Camp Ethan Allen Training Site.
New England Games Registration is now open. Competitors are encouraged and encouraged to register immediately. However, interested shooters can also register for additional matches during the event. This year, the CMP anticipates more than 150 competitors. Because of their stunning views and tranquil environment, the New England Games are very popular. The new electronic target system is a key ingredient to your success.
Important — New Magazine Restrictions Competitors are not allowed to bring 20-round magazines into Vermont in compliance with a new Vermont law. To comply with the new Vermont State Law, competitors may use 10-round magazines during New England Games. After your arrival at Camp Ethan Allen, you can BORROW a 20-round magazine of the Vermont State Rifle and Pistol Association. For magazine loans, contact a CMP associate at the check-out.

The electronic High Power targets of the CMP will be featured at the 2021 New England Games. The electronic target system provides precise scoring and is well-sorted. The electronic target system provides instant scoring information to shooters. No need to wait for the targets being marked manually. Matches are more efficient because pit duty is eliminated by the target system.

The New England Games feature a variety competitive shooting matches, similar to the Eastern, Western and Oklahoma CMP Travel games. The CMP Highpower Rifle Matches consist of a 4-Man Team Match and two CMP 800 Aggregate Matches, followed by an EIC Service Rifle Match. The CMP Games Matches will follow the CMP Highpower Rifle Matches. The CMP Games Matches include Rifle Marksmanship 101 & M16 Match (formerly SAFS), Garand/Springfield/Vintage/Modern Military Matches, Carbine Match, Rimfire Sporter Match and Vintage Sniper Team Match. There are several pistol matches that competitors can fire, including the CMP As-Issued 1911 Pistol Match and EIC Service Pistol Match.
During the event, there will be a GSM New Shooter Clinic as well as an M1 Maintenance Clinic. CMP Sales will be available at NE Games with a limited number of rifles. They will also be selling ammo.

Camp Ethan Allen, a stunning venue, impressed competitors at the CMP New England Games.
