CrossBreed Holsters Belly Band 2.0 Allows Concealed Carry in Any Outfit

It can be difficult to conceal your holster during certain activities, depending on the attire. Running shorts, for example, don’t make it easy to attach a holster. Semi-formal clothing (without a jacket), leaves little room for concealing your pistol. No matter what your attire, belly bands such as the CrossBreed Holsters Belly Band 2.0 help conceal concealed carry.

The CrossBreed Holsters Belly Band 2.0

The Belly Band 2.0 is made of a new polyester jersey outer shell. It is designed to provide maximum comfort. The form-fitting material is soft and breathable, which allows you to stay cool during hot days or strenuous activity. The jersey outer is anti-microbial and can withstand up 25 hand washes.

The band has anti-slip panels to ensure that your pistol stays in place while wearing it. The panels keep your pistol in place and minimize slippage.

The Belly Band 2.0 features a large loop panel and is compatible with CrossBreed modular holsters. The modular holsters have a hook backing which attaches to the loop panel of the Belly Band. The holster can be secured to the Belly Band by placing it where you like and then stretching the elastic over the top.

You can also adjust the holster’s ride, cant, and placement. You can also swap the holster out if you have a different pistol that you want to carry. You can also remove the holster from the optional Backup Bedside Assembly and attach it to your bedside before you go to sleep. This allows you to have instant access throughout the night, for personal and home defense.

The modular holster allows the Belly Band 2.0 to accommodate many handgun models. The system also has two pockets that can hold most magazines. A pocket is available for your mobile device or similar-sized items.

Editor’s Note

While belly bands can be great when there is no other option, they have their drawbacks. People who carry concealed carry it for belt line access. However, belly bands are more comfortable and can ride higher. In the heat of the moment, it is possible to reach for your belt and fall short of your pistol.

Belt line carry makes it much easier and quicker to remove your shirt and get to your pistol. However, you could end up flogging your own draw by lifting your shirt higher with a bellyband.

I recommend that you practice your draw at home with your belly band. It is important to become familiar with your firearm’s vertical, high placement before an emergency occurs. This will allow you to adjust your firearm’s placement for the best draw. Make sure your firearm is not loaded and that you draw in a safe direction.
