Faxon Firearms has expanded its EXOS pistol compensator range to include more pistol models. The expansion of concealed carry compensators opens up more options for the defensive shot industry. Made from 6061 aluminum with a black anodized coat, the EXOS compensator has a unique angled front port single-chamber design. This results in improved consistency, a lower muzzle flip and reduced felt recoil. The pistol’s aesthetics are also enhanced by the compensators. The EXOS compensator’s unique design allows gas to deflect upwards rather than just sideways. This allows for a noticeable reduction of up and down muzzle movement, which improves accuracy. For optimal performance, the EXOS compensators can be used in conjunction with Faxon barrels. The compensators are flush-fitted with the slide when used with Faxon barrels. When used with other barrels, the barrel should protrude no more than.600 inches, providing a close flush fit. Each compensator comes with thread locker and two 6-32 set screws. They also come with the 1/16 Allen wrench required for installation. The Faxon Firearms EXOS Compensator Line previously featured compensators that could be used on compact and subcompact models.
