Fiocchi announced that a 281-acre parcel in the Port of Little Rock, Arkansas was selected for a new ammunition primer manufacturing plant. The new primer production center, which represents a $41.5million investment and an expansion of 120 employees, will eventually provide much-needed primer supply relief to handloaders. Fiocchi’s factory ammunition will also use the primers. The new primer facility is part of Fiocchi’s vertical integration strategy. It will allow the company meet its internal primer supply requirements and provide second-sourcing for contracts.
