TSN-99PROMINAR, straight-body model. Both models of TSN99 PROMINAR can be fitted with either an angled eyepiece or a straight one. They also feature the largest objective lenses Kowa has ever made. They measure 99mm in diameter and are made from pure fluorite crystal. Kowa’s glass lens technology is based on sixty years of technological innovation. It reduces chromatic aberration and produces crystal-clear images even at high magnification levels. The TSN-99PROMINAR body is made from lightweight magnesium alloy. This makes it easy to transport and light enough to withstand real-world abuse. The scope is waterproof and the objective lens is protected by Kowa’s KR coating, which repels dirt or moisture. The quick-focus dial allows you to quickly focus on your subject and make macro-level adjustments. The fine-focus dial allows you to get as much detail as possible. The TSN99 PROMINAR scopes can be used with KOWA SYSTEM accessories including the TE-80XW 40x Wide Eyepiece. MSRP for either model is EUR3,199.
