Both models feature hammer forged 4140 slides and barrels that measure 4.25 inches. The pistols have the Army Aviation badge engraved onto their slides for a little extra flair. Other notable features of the 1911A1 Aviation pistols include GI sights with brass beads inserts, round hammers, and 4.5 to 5-pound triggers.
