October 21st 2022 Hunting season will soon begin in most parts of the country. Here are some ways to improve your hunting skills and knowledge. For those who are preparing to participate in the 2022 hunting season, the NRA offers a free online Experienced Hunter Education Course. “Our Experienced Hunter Ed Course gives those who have been away from hunting a chance to improve their skills before returning to the field,” said Peter Churchbourne (director of NRA’s Hunters Leadership Forum). The 2-hour course provides a refresher on firearm safety and hunting safety and is accessible via smartphone, tablet, and desktop. The course is free and open to all at www.NRAEHE.org. NOTE: This course does not replace state-mandated hunter safety requirements. It also does not offer any certifications. This comprehensive course, which is free to all, will help hunters feel more confident and safer before they head out into the field.
