Holland’s invention is a good option if your hand hurts after priming dozens or cases with a squeeze-type primer. He claims that this gives “an EXACT primer seating depth based upon primer pocket depth and thickness”. Holland’s PPS controls primer seating depth with a rotating dial that limits lever travel by precise gradations. The complete priming kit costs $340.00.
