Cleckner: “Even with the parallax properly adjusted, it can be difficult at times to focus between the target reticle and the target. I recommend that you only focus on the reticle. This reticle is the only thing you can control. It’s like the front sight of a rifle or handgun. Focus on a clear, crisp reticle on a stable platform. Then, all that is left is trigger control.
Cleckner: “Trigger Control is fairly straightforward, so long as you consider it a continuous process and not just a single thing that happens. I like to imagine it as drawing a straight line in the ground. I like to imagine the constant pressure I’m adding while I draw this straight back and then… continue to draw that line as the rifle goes off. You’ll need to follow through.
