INSANE Handgun Speed – 18 Shots on Target in 4.79 Seconds

Max Michel will blow your mind. This guy is fast. This video shows him firing 18 shots at three targets, with two (2) reloads. It took 4.79 seconds. He draws from his holster and fires 18 rounds in less than five seconds. There are also two mag changes. This equates to a fire rate of 225 rounds per hour. Max shoots faster than the 19th-century Gatling Gun, which fired approximately 200 rounds per minute. Max is fast and accurate, with 16 of Max’s 18 shots hitting the targets’ A-Zones. The other two were just outside.

Max Michel, 39, is a legend in competitive shooting. Max Michel is a formidable force in pistol shooting sports, having been a four-time World Speed Shooting Champion and six-time USPSA National Champion. Max was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and began shooting at the age of five. Max joined USAMU’s Action Pistol Team in 1999 and served as an Army shooter and instructor for 10 years. Max is a world-renowned instructor and athlete.
