Inside Look at Nosler Factory Plus Major Nosler Website Update
Have you ever wanted to see how Nosler cartridges and bullets are made? This is your chance. The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (RMEF), has created a video (“Quality First”), which gives a behind-the scenes look at Nosler’s Oregon factory, which produces ammunition, brass, bullets, and brass.
Representatives from RMEF were granted unprecedented access to Nosler’s well-guarded manufacturing facility to see the technology Nosler uses to make bullets and ammunition. The video “Quality First” showcases Nosler’s complex production processes, which include highly-technical machinery and strict quality control measures.
This video shows Nosler’s bullet construction techniques through an animation sequence. The video then shows the Nosler ballistics laboratory, inspection room, as well as the packaging line.
The “Quality First” video begins with the company’s history and tracks Nosler’s progress since the 1940s. The video then shows bullet construction techniques. It ends with a walk-through of the factory showing the sophisticated machinery that makes bullets, brass and ammunition. Mason Payer, Senior Market Manager at Nosler, says that “Quality First” is more than a slogan that’s on the factory walls. It’s the guiding principle that guides every decision we make.”
