The KelTec P15 StrikerFire 9mm Pistol
The P15, which KelTec calls the lightest and most thinnest of its type, is also the first striker-fire pistol. The P15 is also chambered in 9mm and features a patent-pending 15-round extended magazine. The result is a concealable carry option that almost disappears when concealed, but has high capacity for defensive carry.
The P15 also features many quality and performance features that KelTec has come to be known for. A fiber optic front sight and an adjustable rear sight allow for improved targeting. A gator grip texture with a strong texture improves stability and retention when firing. The P15 is perfect for both left- and right-handed shooters thanks to its ambidextrous safety features and magazine release.
KelTec is not afraid to innovate, as evidenced by the P15.
Adrian Kellgren, Director, Industrial Production, said that while we are proud to create firearms that are unique, “we also take pride in innovation in production.” This allows us to produce innovative firearms that are reliable, high-quality, and affordable.
KelTec has introduced many innovations over the years, such as the P50 with its horizontal magazine. There are also retired models such as the PF9 pistols and P11 pistols. The P3AT will also soon be retired due to the innovations of the P15.
Matt Stanek, Marketing Manager, stated that the new P15 is a firearm, just like any other firearm in our long history. It offers enthusiasts a firearm that is a unique improvement over what’s currently available. “The excitement and fun of creating that is why I come to work every single day.”
