MidwayUSA Foundation provides $2.3 million in range grants

The MidwayUSA Foundation, for the fourth consecutive year, has provided cash grants in order to support and expand youth shooting sports across the nation. This year, $2.3million has been awarded to a total of 99 recipients – a significant increase in both recipients and dollars compared to the previous year. The plan of the range to increase and improve youth shooting sports is a key factor when choosing winners.
G. Scott Reynolds, Executive Director of the MidwayUSA Foundation, spoke about Range Development Grant Program. “America’s Youth not only need funding for their shooting sports expenses but they also need qualified coaches who can teach them how to shoot safely and they need a secure place to shoot.” MidwayUSA Foundation offers grant programs that cover all three needs.

MidwayUSA Foundation will accept applications for special purpose grants like Range Development and Coach Training every year. Applicants must have an endowment to apply. To complete the grant application, youth shooting teams and organizations must work closely with their range operators.
The MidwayUSA Foundation, a 501(c),(3) public charity, works to sustain and grow youth sports shooting by providing long-term financing to youth shooting teams. Each donation is tax-deductible. The Foundation supports all shooting sports. Visit Midwayusafoundation.org or call 1-877-375-4570.
