Phase 1 of the NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting Course is completed online, on your own schedule (cost $60.00, nonrefundable). Students can register for Phase 2 after successfully passing the online test. Phase 2 is conducted on your local range by an NRA-Certified instructor. NOTE: Phase 2 will usually incur an additional fee. You must successfully complete BOTH phases 1 and 2 to receive your NRA Basics Pistol Course certificate. The web-based course was designed and developed by experts for busy schedules. It uses a blended learning approach with both online and real-world components.
