Remington Closes Ilion New York Factory After 200 Years

Remington has closed its Ilion, New York gun factory after more than two centuries of operation. The move to Georgia has resulted in the loss of over 300 jobs. Vista Outdoor, the parent company of CCI Federal, RCBS, and other major brands in the shooting/outdoor industries, acquired Remington’s ammo business.
