Riton Optics announced its latest glass for long range hunters and shooters, the 3 PRIMAL 3-18×50. Riton calls the scope a “crossover optic” because of its versatility and wide magnification range. The glass is coated to protect it and enhance light transmission in low-light conditions. It has exposed turrets that have a resettable 0/0 stop and 1/10 MRAD elevation and windage adjustments (25 MRAD range). The scope has “integrated removable throw levers” for magnification control. Each scope will include one 14mm and a flush-mount lever. Riton offers throw levers in 11mm and 8mm heights. The 3 PRIMAL is fogproof, waterproof, and shockproof. It also has a first focal-plane illuminated LRH reticle. The parallax knob has a control that allows you to adjust the brightness between six levels. There are also off positions in between each brightness setting. This will reduce the amount of dialing. The scope also features a 30mm aluminum tube, a 13.7-inch long main tube and weighing 2.85 pounds. It comes with flip-up lenses covers, a cloth for the lens, an Allen Key and Riton’s lifetime warranty. The scope is currently available and has an MSRP price of $659.99.
