Riton Optics releases upgraded Pistol Red Dots

Riton Optics was concerned about being outpaced by competitors’ designs and has implemented the necessary changes in their latest generation of pistol red dots, 3 Tactix MPRD 2 & 3 Tactix PRD 2. Riton’s first-generation MPRD optics were durable and affordable. Riton has listened to customer feedback and made the necessary changes in their newest pistol red dots, the 3 Tactix MPRD 2 and the 3 Tactix PRD 2. Because if you have to draw your pistol in a defensive position, your attacker won’t be able to adjust or turn on your optic. The MPRD 2 and PRD 2 are updated with technology that automatically turns on after sensing movement, turns off after prolonged rest, and adjusts dot brightness based upon the surrounding light level. These features combine to make optics easier to use and can last up 40-50,000 hours, depending on the model. The MPRD 2 (and PRD 2) now indicate when the battery is low. The new Riton sights are able to draw quickly and accurately with the help of their 3-MOA dots.
Riton did not compromise on durability when upgrading their pistol red dots designs. They are still made from aircraft-grade aluminum and are shockproof, water, fog, and scratchproof. The lenses have been coated to protect them from scratches and water, and allow maximum light transmission. The 3 Tactix MPRD2 mounts via a Shield footprint, and is powered by one CR2032 lithium battery. Instead, the 3 Tactix PRD2 mounts via an RMR footprint. It is powered by a single CR1632 lithium battery. The MPRD 2 has a slightly longer battery life and was tested to withstand more shock.
