The Rossi RS22’s reliability and build quality are confirmed by the video review. The magazines were well-received by the reviewer, who also praised the fiberoptic iron sights. The scope was attached to the rifle’s dovetail and the tester was able to achieve excellent accuracy at 25 yards with CCI ammo. Ten shots made a hole of one-half inch. (See video 8/24-8:50 for target and video at right. This is enough to win an NRL22 match. This is quite impressive for a rifle that costs $120. Gunblast.com also tested it. This “dandy little gun” performed flawlessly, with flawless semi auto feeding and cycling for hundreds upon hundreds of rounds. The accuracy was excellent. The stock was well-made and felt comfortable. It also had sling swivel screws and well-protected sights. The RS22 can also be used with 25-round Mossberg magazines.
