It has a textured grip made of polymer for solid retention and firing. The compact frame is ideal for concealed carry or smaller hands. The high-grade aluminum slide is mounted atop the frame with a hard anodized, black coating. The ported slide has front and rear cocking serrations that allow for easy manipulation even with wet hands. An optic cut allows for the installation of any optic with Shield RMSc or Holosun K footprint. It also features the same industry-standard sights as the GX4 family pistols. The barrel is chambered in.22 LR and features suppressor-ready threading at a 1:10 twist rate. Rounds are sent downrange using the TX22 family trigger. There is no stacking and a clean break. The TX22 Compact includes two 13-round staggered columns magazines. This provides ample shots between reloads. Editor’s Note: 22 LR is a great round to save money at the firing range. It is also great for removing wild animals from your property. If you live in wooded areas, where larger animals may wander onto your property, I recommend something slightly larger.
