Close [embedded material] The P365 is popular for its small size and easy concealability. It has been only available in one caliber. This was, however, the case until now. SIG Sauer has just released the P365-380, which adds a.380 Auto option for the striker-fired pistol. This micro-compact is easier to handle than a 9mm pistol. RELATED STORY The SIG Sauer P365 can be built how you want with the Custom Works FCU Studio. The SIG Sauer P365 380 uses the same modular polymer grip modules as the original P365. It now has a lighter slide that houses the 380 barrel. The slide, like the rest of P365’s line, is optic-ready and compatible with any optic with the same footprint. Dovetail SIGLITE night sight are mounted on top of the stainless-steel slide. This allows for better target acquisition in low light conditions. The sights are also designed to allow for effective co-witnessing if they are properly configured. For ease of manipulation under duress, the Nitron finished slide has forward and rear cocking serrations. The P365-380 is also highly durable thanks to the Nitron-finished slide, DLC barrel and a redesigned two-piece captained guide rod. The P365-380 shares the same grip module and fire control unit as all other P365s. It can be used with all accessories such as flat triggers and FOXTROT lights. It ships with a curved striker-trigger. Each P365-380 includes 2 ten-round magazines, one flush fit and one extended. A magazine loader is also included. The SIG SAUER P365 concealed carry pistol is the most widely used on the market. We have shipped millions of these pistols, but it has only been available in one calibre,” stated Tom Taylor, Chief Marketing Officer and Executive vice president, Commercial Sales, SIG SAUER, Inc. This pistol was made for everyone, but it is ideal for shooters with smaller hands and those who find managing recoil and manipulation of larger caliber pistols difficult.” Availability The SIG Sauer P365 380 is now available with a MSRP of $579.99.
