The Streamlight TLR-10G Tactical Gun Light
The TLR-10G is made of durable 6000 series aluminum aircraft aluminum with a black anodized finish. It has an IPX4 rating. This makes it a tough package that can withstand all the elements. The overall construction is protected from wear and tear by the anodized black finish.
The rail-mounted design is 4.63 ounces in weight and measures 3.87 inches long. The included key kit allows it to be securely attached to a wide range of weapons. The light also features a snap-on and tighten interface that is easy to use. It helps to keep your hands off of the muzzle while attaching or removing it.
The TLR-10G features an ambidextrous rear button and 1,000 lumens of steady light or strobing light with a 200-meter beam. The tail switch includes the high switch mounted, but can also be used to switch between a low and strobing switch. This is based on the user’s preference. The highly visible green aiming light ensures long-range targeting even in daylight conditions.
The TLR-10G runs on two 3-volt CR123A Lithium batteries. It has three modes: laser only or LED/laser. The run time for LED/Laser or LED/Laser is 1.5 hours, and laser only 11 hours. It will still provide 3 hours continuous runtime with strobe. It also has a safety-off feature to prevent accidental activation.

They also get the benefit of the powerful green laser. The laser makes it easier for users to focus on targets in daylight hours. The color green is brighter than other laser colors and improves their ability to see them clearly. It can fit a wide range of handguns making it ideal for tactical and first responder applications as well as conceal carry.

Lighting options for firearms can be a great equalizer when low light conditions are present, but can also pose a danger. A weapon-mounted light can be used for home defense. It helps you see the intruder but also helps them see you.
You know your home better that an intruder. Use this advantage to your advantage. Use a flashlight to navigate your home in darkness. You should only use your light sparingly, and only to identify and/or disorient your target.
If you have to shoot the intruder you should be gentle after the event. You never know who might be there.
