There’s a burl/flower along the bottom of the stock that looks like an Owl, and the other side looks like the Sandia Mountains. This rifle is 30 PCR. It has both an electronic and mechanical trigger. The charging cable must be modified to clear the trigger extension when using the wood stock. In order to keep the aesthetics, I also made it possible to remove the trigger shield to make charging easier. The bedding will not change if you remove the trigger guard.

Doan reports that the pistol grip cap was made from a piece Screw Bean Mesquite Wood found in his old front yard, Albuquerque. I live in Rio Rancho now. Look at the bottom picture with the blue background. The rifle does not yet have any stippling. Sometimes, stippling is the last step. When this order is required, there’s no room to make a mistake.
