The AR Addiction – The Compulsion to buy more guns

Kevin (aka N10Sivern) revealed that he is in need of some help to overcome a compulsion. This compulsion is to buy more and more guns, and ammo. ARs in all their shapes and sizes, but especially ARs. There are way too many ARs. You could say that he has an ARdiction …. Kevin wrote in a Forum Thread: “I might need an intervention. I was cleaning my office when I found this stuff. I’m missing a AR10 lower and an AR15 upper. I’ll find them by the end of the day. I also have a large box of parts and four barrels that are still in their cardboard tubes. Sigh. Another Forum member said, “For the love God, man.” Kevin replied, “I guess I’m hoarding a bit.” Kevin posted the “Mail Call” picture with Kevin’s caption, “It just gets worse.” Mail Call today: 20″.308 Ballistics advantage barrel, 26″ Savage 25-06, 700 pieces.38 Special, 300 pieces.357 Magnum, 500 pieces.308 Win., gas tube, Hornady modified case gauge. Forum Members Chime in: “I have more crap coming too.”Kevin’s post “Need Intervention” drew a lot of comments from Forum Members. “God!” It’s refreshing to see how widespread my illness is, with little hope for a cure (or desire). I laughed reading each post.” — Gary0529 You know you have an issue when you open a cabinet and find parts you forgot you purchased. — JoshB “It is not hoarding as long as you intend to use them.” Uthink: “He who has 12,000 primers says.” You’ll have less clutter and you won’t have to worry about cerakoting. I’m a human being willing to help another human being in need.” — PikesPG
