There are three different chamberings. The following are listed in order (from top to down):.308 win (Bartlein 5-R, 1:10? twist); .223 Rem (Bartlein 5R, 1:8? twist);,and 6.5×47 Lapua (Bartlein 5R 1:8.5? twist). The tan gun is Jerod’s 308 Winchester. It has a Manners T4A Stock, trued Rem700 SA, Badger DBM, and Bartlein 5-R 10-twist contour finished at 23?. The optic is a Bushnell XRS 4.5-30X50mm with G2 reticle. The Green rifle is a.223 Remington. The rifle has a Manners T4 Stock, trued Rem700 SA, Badger DBM, and Bartlein 8-twist contour HV finished at 23?. On top of the scope is a Nightforce NXS F1 with 3.5-15X50mm FFP and MLR 2.0 reticle. Jerod says, “This scope and its reticle is awesome.” The Black rifle is chambered in 6.5-47 Lapua. We’d love to see a.22 LR rimfire rig with a similar stock added to Jarod’s Three Amigos. This would be ideal for cross-training or for competition in Rimfire tactical matches. Jerod could build a “fourth Amigo”, using a rimfire-action. Here is a rifle built by Brian at GA Precision using a modified Rem40X action and a Manners stock T4A (matching Jerod’s centerfire stocks).
