December 10, 2022 The Lyman Bleacher Blocks are a cleverly designed product that we recommend. These multi-level (stepped), cartridge holders save space and make it easier to choose a case/cartridge from a complete block. Each row has a different height to make it easier. Bleacher Blocks make it easier to check powder levels or place bullets before seating. You can sort brass using the different levels. You can also migrate the brass from top-to-bottom as you go through case preparation. For load testing purposes, you can arrange loaded rounds on different levels to make them easily identifiable. For example, you could place V-Max loaded rounds on top and Berger Hybrid loaded round on bottom. You can also experiment with neck tension by using different rows. Lyman Bleacher Blocks come in three sizes: small pistol, large pistol and rifle. The smallest rifle block, with 0.388?-diam hole, fits.223 Rem size case heads. The middle size rifle block, with 0.485?diam holes, fits.308 Winsize case heads. This works perfectly for 6mmBR/Dasher-sized cases. The largest rifle Bleacher Block has 0.565′-diameter recesses to hold magnum-size case. All cartridge blocks can hold fifty (50), rounds. Midsouth offers a $6.29 block for any size. Midsouth also offers a 4-pack for as low as $6.29 per block. Our stepped design makes it easy to grip a single case without having to reach into a bunch of cases like traditional loading blocks. It also leaves a smaller footprint on your bench. Similar Posts
