Give the Christmas Gift that the Female Shooter in your Life Really Wants

Otis Defender Cleaning Kit (MSRP starting at $69.99)

Who has ever used the excuse that your guns couldn’t be cleaned because your tools were all over your house? There were patches, gun oil was there and cleaning rods… look in the kitchen utensil cabinet.

The Otis Defender Series Kit is packed with everything you need. It was originally designed for soldiers and is easy to carry around with you everywhere you #pewpew.

It is a 100% Breech-to Muzzle system that includes cables and brushes. Otis’ quick-and-dirty Ripcord is included. You can choose from a variety calibers for your Defender Cleaning Kit, including rifles and pistols.

Maglula Mag Loader (MSRP : It’s hard to say but can’t purchase direct on Amazon — I typically see it for $39.99 in gun shops, Bass Pro’s, Cabela’s, etc.

For a friend of mine, the UpLULA was a game changer. He was trying to jump from.22 to.9mm. The hardest rounds are always those last. It’s also great for quick reloading during competitions. It helps me reduce fatigue and soreness in the thumbs during matches.

They come in a variety colors and calibers so choose your favorite! Maglula also offers a rifle mag loading system.

MantisX Shooting Performance System (RPS: Starting at $99.99)

This system is similar to having a trainer in your pocket. This small accessory attaches directly to your rifle’s or pistol’s rail. No rail? They have adapters. It can be connected via Bluetooth to your smartphone.

The system works with CO2, dry fire, live fire, airsoft, and dry fire. The system analyzes every shot and gives feedback on how to improve it. It will show you exactly how the barrel is moving, whether you are flinching or in which direction, and any other issues with your shooting.

The system is constantly improving with regular app updates. The best part? The best part?

Dry Fire Pillow (MSRP $18.99)

Armed in Style dry fire pillows will make your home look great for the holidays. All cute, but all business. They are available in many target styles, including USPSA, IDPA, and competition targets. Check out the Christmas-themed prints of your favorite print.

5.11 Defender-Flex Slim Tactical Jeans (MSRP $69.99)

Let’s talk for a moment. To my first 3-gun match, I wore skinny jeans. This was not the “look” that I was going for. The night before the match, I noticed that many of my pants did not have belt loops, and that those that did had problems fitting my competition belt. I bought the 5.11 Defender Flex Slim pants the next week.

Eight pockets big enough to hold a Magpul PMAG are all you need to get organized. They are medium-high and stretchy enough to allow you to shoot in any position.

Bonus points: They also look great. They are always complimented when I wear them around town. There are many options for women’s pants and leggings. You’re sure to find the perfect pair.

Wiley WX Valor Shooting Glasses (MSRP: $150)

It can be difficult to find tactical eyewear that fits a smaller woman’s face. These glasses are lightweight and hold their shape. You can easily go indoors or outdoors with these glasses. They come with three interchangeable lenses (clear/smoke grey/rust) and a handy carrying case.

Wiley X products are veteran-founded, manufactured in the U.S. and used by law enforcement and military personnel. The lenses are shatterproof and conform to military ballistic standards. It has remained unaffected by a lot of frag hits.

For those who need corrective lenses, most models can be fitted to a prescription. Optional polarized lenses are available. You can rest easy once you have made an investment.

Blade-Tech Competition Speed Belt (MSRP: $43.99)

Charm bracelets are a thoughtful gift that you can add to over time. Blade-Tech belts are the best. Blade-Tech’s Velcro belts are fully adjustable and can be adjusted to any size. You can customize it with mag pouches, holsters, and a holster to make it ready for the USPSA match or multi-gun match.

Blade-Tech’s Tech-Lock system allows you to quickly swap out accessories. I love the three-position adjustable cant in its holsters. It is perfect for women’s shapes to create the best draw.

Gift for Female Shooters

Vortex Viper Red Dot (MSRP: $349.99)

You’ve been great all year. You’ve been good most of the year? Sometimes? Treat your pistol like a Vortex Viper Red Dot. This is an ideal gift for shooters of all levels and competitors who want to move up to the open division. The 6-MOA dot is fast and easy to acquire, but not too large that it can hinder precision.

The battery is commonly available in the bottom optic. It’s easy to disassemble if you have used up all your battery. It is lightweight, low-profile and waterproof.

Vortex’s no-nonsense, lifetime VIP warranty and the best customer support in the business will back you no matter what.

Female Shooter Stocking Stuffer

Black Rifle Coffee Company (MSRP $15.99 — Starting price for 12oz bags, their smallest)

Enjoy the freshness of freshly ground Black Rifle Coffee every morning. There’s a BRCC coffee for everyone. You’ll find the perfect BRCC roast for you, whether you prefer single-serve or light espresso.

Silencer Smooth is my favorite — it’s light and smooth, just the way I like my trigger pull. A hot cup of Black Rifle Coffee is a better way to start Christmas morning for female shooters than a hot cup.

Merry Freebie
