Sherri Jo Gallagher, Ben Avery Match. The 2022 F-Class National Championships take place at the Ben Avery Range in Phoenix. Yesterday’s Mid-Range Championship (Oct. 16-19), was over. The Long-Range Championship, which runs today through Sunday, Oct. 23, is now underway. Many F-Class shooters won’t be able to make it to Nationals due to economic inflation and high gas prices. These targets are for them and others who are just starting out in the sport. You can train at your home range even if there are no target bays at 600 or 1000 yards. These special 300-yard target centres allow you to replicate the exact MOA size official F-Class targets but at a closer range.

Long-Range F-TR Championship at Ben Avery Range, Phoenix, Arizona. For 300-yard F Class matches, there is an official reduced distance standard. This uses the NRA No. MR-63FC – F-Class Target Centre is pasted on top of the MR63 target. It provides a 1.42? X-Ring, 2.85? 10-Ring, and 5.85 Nine-Ring. (The dimensions for F-Class targets can be found in the NRA High Power Rules Sec. 22 part 4, page 70-71 — see the sample below. To duplicate the 300-yard target, SleepyGator prepared a printable version the MR-63FC Target Center along with a pair training targets with two bulls or five bulls. The targets for the two-bull and five bulls mirror the scoring rings of the MR-63FC. However, they only display the innermost three and two rings. All three targets can be printed easily using Adobe Acrobat (PDF). To get the exact dimensions, you may need to adjust your printer’s scale (sizing). The 10-Rings on all three targets should be 2.85 inches when printed. These targets can be used as practice targets between matches. These targets were provided by SleepyGator.
