Spartan Armor Systems Leonidas Legend Plate Carrier
The Leonidas is made for battle with lightweight Squadron laser-cut Laminate panels placed over the 500D Cordura body. The lightweight, high-density foam standsoffs on the carrier and the enhanced shoulder pads ensure comfort for extended periods of use. The Leonidas is able to provide ample air circulation and heat dissipation. The Leonidas’ enhanced padding in the shoulders, front, and back reduces fatigue and maximizes comfort.
The Berry Compliant Leonidas Legend can hold 10″x12″, or 9.5″x12.5″ SAPI/ESAPI plate. The fully adjustable (and removable!) cummerbund has an internal MOLLE panel that allows for mounting of the included pouches for armored side plates (6″x6″ and 6″x8″. The cummerbund has seven levels of adjustment that allow for a variety body types, from L to 3XL.
First Spear Tubes are used by the cummerbund to speed up the dawning and removing of the carrier. The top zippered admin pouch can hold a 6.5-inch phone or any other items. A front kangaroo pouch is located just below the admin pouch and secured by hook-and-loop closure.
The carrier has MOLLE webbing on its front, back and side panels. The shoulder straps also have multi-directional laser-cut webbing that can be used to attach additional accessories.
