May 25, 2022. After a year-long hiatus, the United States Practical Shooting Association’s Multi-Gun Nationals is back at the Clinton House Plantation in South Carolina. Competitors must be proficient in pistol, rifle, shotgun, and all three platforms. Competitors must have excellent marksmanship skills and be fit as the matches require a lot of running. It’s all part the challenge at the USPSA Multi-Gun Nationals. The 2022 USPSA Multi-Gun Nationals are featured in the latest episode. It airs Wednesday, May 25, at 9:00 PM Eastern, 8:00 pm Central. Many of the nation’s top 3-Gun shooters can be seen taking on difficult stages with shotguns, rifles and pistols. Click HERE to view the TV Schedule. Multi-gun competition has seen a lot of development since its inception 30+ years ago. The stage times are shorter, the optics are better and the firearms are more advanced. The challenge is the same: How fast do you shoot multiple targets? With the score determined by speed, accuracy, and accuracy? The answer is fast for the best in the sport. The Tactical Division is the most popular. The Tactical Division does not allow competitors to use a bipod. Instead, many competitors use structures on the stage as stabilizers for their long guns. The USPSA Multi Gun Nationals, regardless of division, is a true test of your ability to manipulate three weapons under pressure on run-and gun courses of fire. The National Championship is at stake.
